Shipping Costs: We’re here to assist you in making the right choice. If there was an error on our part, such as a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs. For exchanges, the shipping cost to return the item will be your responsibility.

Perfume Returns: Love it or exchange it! You can return or exchange perfumes if they're mostly full (at least 90% remaining).
